Document Specialist / Executive Administrative Assistant

Carol Phillips has extensive experience in administrative roles, having begun her career as an Administrative Assistant at Abbott Laboratories from October 1998 to March 2003. Carol then served as a Document Coordinator at Hospira from March 2003 to August 2005. Since August 2005, Carol has been employed at CDW as a Document Specialist and Executive Administrative Assistant, providing support to the VP of Marketing and backup assistance to the SVP of Strategy & Marketing. Responsibilities include coordinating travel, generating expense reports, scheduling meetings, organizing group lunches, and managing large departmental meetings in collaboration with events teams and executive staff.
