Clay Ullrick

Clay Ullrick is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in litigation, ethics, compliance, and labor and employment law. Currently serving as Senior Counsel, Litigation at CDW since August 2012, Clay Ullrick manages the company's litigation docket and supports its IP portfolio while advising senior management on related matters. Previously, as Director of Global Ethics and Compliance, Clay Ullrick led strategic initiatives to ensure compliance and regulatory guidance across business functions. Earlier roles include Senior Corporate Counsel for Labor and Employment, where responsibilities included counseling management on various legal issues and developing employment policies. Clay Ullrick has also held positions as a Partner at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP and as an Attorney at Baker & McKenzie. Clay Ullrick earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University.
