Ed Rivard

Ed Rivard is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in operational transformation and IT service management. Currently serving as Principal Consultant at CDW since July 2022, Ed specializes in guiding customers through practical operational strategies and governance structures. Previously, Ed held various roles at Sirius Computer Solutions, including Enterprise Architect for Data Center Transformation and Director of IT Consulting, focusing on complex ITSM projects and developing professional service content. Ed's earlier experience includes significant positions at Forsythe Technology, Assurant Health, MGIC, and We Energies, where responsibilities ranged from ITSM engagement delivery to internal audits and IT account management. Ed holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Lubar College of Business.
