Gabe Breich has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in both culinary and IT sectors. Beginning as an Executive Chef at RAM International from February 2004 to February 2010, Gabe transitioned to CDW in February 2010, where responsibilities included roles such as Corporate Account Manager, Purchasing Agent, Senior Purchasing Specialist, and most recently, Demand Planner since May 2022. Gabe’s expertise encompasses negotiating and managing inventory for various high-value product lines, with a proven track record in managing multimillion-dollar inventories while analyzing sales trends and seasonal demands. Educational background includes attendance at the University of Sciences and Arts in Lebanon.
