Isaac Olson

Isaac Olson is a highly experienced IT professional specializing in cloud unified communications and infrastructure management. Currently serving as a Senior Cloud UC Engineer at CDW since February 2017, Isaac has successfully led project implementations involving multi-vendor solutions and maintained high reliability across extensive datacenter operations. Previous roles include Unified Communications Engineer and Network Engineer II, where Isaac gained expertise in customer-facing communications solutions and managed services. Earlier experience includes consulting on wireless networks and VoIP systems at Heartland Business Systems, as well as internships focused on IT infrastructure and support. Isaac holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Network and System Administration from Michigan Technological University, complemented by an Associate of Arts degree from Vermilion Community College.
