Jen Loy

Jen Loy is a seasoned professional in product design and management, currently serving as the Director of Product Design at CDW since August 2023 and as an Executive Council Member at Collaborative Gain since December 2023. With a significant tenure at National Instruments from July 1997 to March 2023, Loy held multiple leadership roles, including Senior Director of Product Design and Platform Product Management, where efforts focused on enhancing UX design and research integration within product teams. Loy was instrumental in establishing a new Product Management team, transitioning to subscription licensing, and driving inclusive initiatives as an Executive Sponsor for the NI Enable employee resource group. A Texas A&M University graduate with a BS in Electrical Engineering, Loy's expertise encompasses user-centered design, product strategy, and cross-functional leadership, underscored by the successful expansion of design and product roadmaps throughout a career marked by innovation and collaboration.
