Joe Albertini has extensive experience in telecommunications and collaboration solutions, having served as a Telecommunication Network Engineer at M&T Bank from 1996 to 2007, and later as a Senior Convergence Consultant at AT&T Consulting Solutions, Inc. from 2007 to 2011. They continued to advance their career as the Global Unified Communications Technical Lead at Alcoa from 2011 to 2014. In addition, Joe worked as a Senior Collaboration Solutions Architect at CDW in 2016. Joe holds an AS in Electronic Engineering and an MS in Instructional Design from Penn State University, as well as a BS in Accounting from Frostburg State University.
