Kate Sanderson

Kate Sanderson is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving on the Member Board of Trustees for SelectHealth since November 2022, Kate is also the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at R1 RCM, where responsibilities include leading the human capital agenda for a rapidly growing global business. Previously, Kate held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Aon from October 2003 to October 2018, overseeing global compensation and benefits, HR operations, and corporate HR initiatives. Early career experience includes serving as HR Assistant Director at CIGNA. Kate holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor's degree in Geography from Queen's University, along with executive education from INSEAD and Harvard Business School focused on women's leadership.
