Kathy's career spans from Electronic Data Systems, where significant contributions to ITIL-aligned processes and service management transformation were made, to roles in organizations such as HP and Third Sky by VMWare. Kathy is also an active member of Virginia HIMSS and itSMF USA, contributing to the advancement of healthcare and IT service management.
