Lauren Echols, MPH, currently serves as a Program Manager at CDW since February 2023. Prior to this role, Lauren held the position of Program Manager for Quality and Equity at Northwestern Medicine from July 2021 to February 2023, where responsibility included managing a significant equity portfolio and coordinating projects to align with organizational goals. With a strong background in public health and diversity initiatives, Lauren was a Senior Project Manager at Northwestern University from November 2016 to July 2021, leading a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion taskforce. Earlier experience includes roles at Access Community Health Network focusing on grant management and at the Illinois Department of Public Health, supporting accreditation and quality improvement initiatives. Lauren holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Northern Illinois University.
