Matthew Harper

Matthew Harper has a strong background in information technology and security, serving as Chief Information Officer and Chief Security Officer at Monolith since March 2022 and currently as Field CIO at CDW since July 2025, where responsibilities include aligning technology strategy with business objectives. Harper previously held significant roles such as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors at the Oil and Natural Gas Information Sharing and Analysis Center from January 2015 to December 2021 and Chief Information Security Officer and IT Director at Devon Energy from September 2011 to March 2022. Prior experience includes positions as Supervisory Special Agent and Special Agent in the Cyber/Field Intelligence Group at the FBI and Assistant City Administrator for the City of Fulton. Harper holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia, completed in 1996, and a bachelor's degree from the same institution, attained in 1992.
