Melanie Long

Customer Experience Lead

Melanie Long, CCXP, currently serves as the Customer Experience Lead at CDW since December 2021 and holds the position of Chair for the US Regional Council at the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) since January 2025. Previously, Melanie held multiple roles at Amplified IT from January 2014 to December 2021, including Customer Experience Lead, Customer Success Manager, Strategic Account Manager, and Account and Office Manager. Prior experience includes serving as the Registrar and College Counseling Assistant at Nansemond-Suffolk Academy from February 2011 to March 2014. Melanie earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Art History, Criticism and Conservation from Christopher Newport University between 2007 and 2009.
