Paul Mitchell

Paul Mitchell is an IT Solutions Executive with over 25 years of experience in leading, teaching, and mentoring teams within the technology sector. Currently serving as the Director of Shared Services - ServiceNow Solutions at CDW, Paul leads a team that provides professional services to enhance organizational success. Previously, Paul held various leadership positions, including Vice-President of IT Service Management at PGi and Director at CompuCredit, where they developed and implemented key Change Management processes. Paul is also pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems at Auburn University while co-authoring a book on workplace experiences and recipes.
