Renee Rymarz

Renee Rymarz, J.D., is an experienced attorney with a diverse background in corporate, commercial, transactional, and intellectual property law. Beginning a legal career at Barnes & Thornburg LLP as a Clerk/Associate, Renee progressed through various roles, including Associate Attorney at Jansson & Shupe LTD and Senior Counsel at AlliedSignal (Honeywell, Inc.). Significant experience includes serving as Director, Senior Counsel at Johnson Diversey, and as Senior Counsel for Global IP and Transactions at The Kraft Heinz Company, where responsibilities included advising on commercial agreements and managing patent operations. Renee also provided legal consulting services through Renee J. Rymarz Consulting and practiced as an Axiom Attorney at Axiom, before assuming the role of Senior Manager Corporate Counsel at CDW.
