Ricardo's career also includes a unique period as a digital entrepreneur and travel blogger, having explored 37 countries and 142 cities from April 2017 to August 2019. Ricardo's academic background includes an MBA and a Master's in Human Resources from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, in addition to a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Northern Illinois University.
