Rich Kirker

Rich Kirker is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in network engineering, particularly in designing and deploying Cisco-based VOIP networks. Currently serving as a Principal Consultant at CDW since April 2007, Rich's responsibilities encompass project plan development, mentoring, and engineering for Cisco Voice Networks. Previous roles include Senior Voice Engineer at CDW, Senior Network Engineer at Insight, and Senior Network Engineer at Sarcom, where Rich focused on both voice and network solutions for clients in health care and manufacturing. Early career experience includes positions at Nortel as a Network Engineer, MCPc as a Cisco Network Engineer, and Sarcom as a Network Engineer, alongside foundational work as a Field Engineer at Prompt Computer/LDI. Rich holds an Associate's degree in Computer and Electronics from Hickcock and has furthered education at Kent State University.
