Richard Mills

Richard Mills, PMP, is a seasoned program manager currently leading client programs at CDW since September 2022, where a focus on successful project delivery encompasses scope, quality, and risk management. Previously, Richard served in various leadership roles at Synova Tech from 2013 to 2021, including Chief of Staff and VP of Transformation, where responsibilities included driving company-wide initiatives and defining a transformation vision post-strategy pivot. Richard's background also includes roles as Director of the Project Management Office, Director of Business Development, and Senior Operations Analyst at Synova Tech, where Richard built foundational processes for the organization. Prior experience includes positions at Compass Lexecon, a private equity firm, and various internships in research and marketing. Richard holds a BA in Asian Studies with a concentration in Japanese and Economics from Amherst College.
