Prior to their tenure at CDW, Russell gained experience as a Network Operator and Voice Engineer in various companies, contributing significantly to technical sales and infrastructure solutions. Russell earned a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
