Shannon Toolis

Shannon Toolis serves as the Vice President, Assistant General Counsel, and Assistant Corporate Secretary at CDW, a position held since January 2003. Throughout a distinguished career, Shannon Toolis has developed a versatile and business-oriented legal expertise, encompassing corporate/securities law, corporate governance, employment counseling, litigation, and employee benefits, with experience gained both in-house and at Sidley Austin as an Associate Attorney from September 1997 to January 2003. Shannon Toolis holds a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School (1994-1997) and a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service with a focus on International Economics from Georgetown University (1989-1993).
