Stephanie Tso

Stephanie Tso currently serves as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel - Securities and Governance at CDW since September 2025. Previously, Stephanie held the position of Director of Corporate Counsel and Assistant Secretary, Corporate & Securities at Starbucks from October 2021 to September 2025, focusing on global securities law compliance. Before Starbucks, Stephanie worked at Brown-Forman as Director of Corporate Counsel for Corporate & Securities, managing similar compliance responsibilities. Stephanie's legal career includes experience as a Senior Attorney at Norton Rose Fulbright, providing counsel on corporate governance matters, and various internships, including with Anheuser-Busch InBev and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Stephanie earned a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts with distinction in East Asian Studies, Business, and Chinese Language from the University of Oklahoma.
