Tony Le is a seasoned global talent acquisition and HR leader with over 15 years of experience in building high-performing teams and driving diversity initiatives. Currently serving as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Mission, Tony has recently enhanced hiring practices across multiple regions and implemented innovative AI solutions in recruiting. Previously, in their role as Sr. Director at Contentful, they successfully hired over 900 employees and expanded operations internationally while optimizing recruitment processes. As a three-time Talent100 Awardee, Tony actively contributes to HR leadership communities and mentors emerging talent acquisition professionals. They are pursuing education at San Jose State University.
