Alexandre Giry received the Ph.D. degree (cum Laude) in Electrical Engineering from Université Grenoble Alpes (UGA), France. They currently work at CEA-Leti as a research scientist and principal investigator, focusing on RF Power IC/MMIC design in Silicon and GaN technologies. With over 20 years of experience in RF PA/FEM architecture and design, they have supervised several PhD students and researchers. Alexandre has been a key contributor to multiple national and international research programs and has received several accolades, including the Best Industry Paper Award at the IEEE RFIC Symposium.
