Candice Thomas is an accomplished Engineer Researcher at CEA since September 2019, focusing on the packaging and 3D integration of quantum devices within Quantum Silicon Grenoble. Prior experience includes a postdoctoral researcher role at Purdue University in collaboration with Microsoft Quantum Purdue from January 2017 to August 2019, where research centered on molecular beam epitaxy growth and characterization of III/V high spin-orbit coupled semiconductors with potential applications in topological quantum computation. Candice's doctoral research, conducted at CEA from November 2013 to December 2016, involved the study of strained HgTe/CdTe topological insulators for spintronic applications, utilizing various characterization techniques.
