Catherine Bour has extensive experience in human resources development, currently serving as Chargée de développement RH at CEA Liten since April 2019, following a similar role at CEA from January 2011 to March 2019. Prior to this, Catherine worked at Leti for nearly two decades in various technical positions, including Concepteur circuits intégrés and Technologue en procédé micro technologique salle blanche. Catherine holds a Master 2 in Droit, Economie, Gestion, Resources Humaines, Organisation et Conduite du changement from Université Grenoble Alpes (2020-2021), a training degree in communication and human relations from Reliance (2002-2004), and a Diplôme universitaire de technologie (DUT) in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician from Université Grenoble Alpes (1985-1988).
