Constance Motte

Constance Motte is an experienced professional in research and innovation partnerships, currently serving as Responsable du développement d’alliances en recherche et innovation at CEA since January 2025. Prior to this role, Constance worked at LYNRED in Public & Private Partnerships from June 2019 to January 2025, enhancing the company's R&D-based offerings in infrared detection. Constance also held the position of Director, Europe & International at Minalogic from 2012 to May 2019, where efforts focused on fostering collaborative R&D and business opportunities in the digital technology sector. Earlier in Constance's career, a role as Seconded National Expert at the European Commission involved managing the migration and development portfolio, followed by a position as Policy Officer at the French Ministry for Foreign and European Affairs. The career began with roles in policy research and assistance, including work at the House of Commons and the Policy Network. Constance holds Master's degrees in European affairs from the College of Europe in Natolin and in Political Science and Government from Sciences Po Grenoble - UGA.
