David Julliard

David Julliard is an experienced HSE engineer currently working at CEA since September 2017, where responsibilities include supporting the quality, safety, and environment unit at the Paris-Saclay center and serving as the site ICPE correspondent. David has also taken on the role of asbestos coordinator at CEA for the Fontenay-Aux-Roses and Evry sites, providing technical support and oversight for asbestos-related projects. Prior to this, David worked as a nuclear installation safety engineer and asbestos referent in nuclear decommissioning. Previous positions include an engineering role at Assystem focused on nuclear safety studies for the Hinkley Point EPR project and an internship at Lactalis Nestle, where contributions included managing ICPE documentation and addressing regulatory compliance issues. David holds a General Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering and Environmental Processes from HEI, earned between 2013 and 2016.
