Franck Badets

Franck Badets is a Research Director at CEA-Leti, where they lead projects on mixed integrated circuits and supervise PhD and European collaborative projects. They possess a strong background in research and development, specializing in Bluetooth, RF, PLL, analog circuit design, and CMOS technology. Franck earned a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Université de Bordeaux and has held various roles, including RF and Analog Senior Designer at STMicroelectronics, where they contributed to numerous publications and patents. Earlier in their career, Franck was a PhD student and lecturer at Laboratoire IXL, focusing on silicon integration of injection locked oscillators.
