Guillaume Loisel

Guillaume LOISEL is an experienced professional in project management and engineering, currently serving as Chef de département PMPP at CEA since December 2022, overseeing the Project Portfolio Management for the decommissioning, nuclear service, and waste management projects. Since March 2020, Guillaume LOISEL has also held the position of Director of the WISE Department at Groupe SNEF, managing profit and loss for nuclear projects related to water treatment, instrumentation, and site security. Previously, Guillaume LOISEL worked at GE Power as Head of the project department, leading initiatives in the Balance of Plant business. Career history includes significant roles at Alstom Power, ETDE Bouygues, and Cegelec, with a progression from Project Lead Engineer to various management positions. Guillaume LOISEL holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from the Ecole supérieure d'Ingénieurs en Génie électrique, obtained in 1999.
