Laetitia Caplain

Laetitia Caplain is a dedicated HR professional currently serving as RH de proximité (HRBP) at CEA, where they manage HR processes for a workforce of 250 employees. Previously, Laetitia held various roles within CEA, including responsible for the management of HR operations for 6,500 employees and leading a team in the Direction des énergies. They began their career with internships in human resources, accounting, and taxation.
