Marion Picquart

Marion Picquart is currently a research engineer specializing in thermomechanical simulations at CEA, where they focus on finite element simulations and structural calculations. Having previously completed a doctoral thesis on the mechanical behavior of composite solid materials at ArianeGroup, Marion gained valuable experience in experimental characterization and multi-scale modeling. They also worked as an engineer at 3SR Grenoble, where they characterized and modeled ceramic cracking behavior. Marion's early experiences include internships at Safran and CSIRO, where they engaged in various engineering projects related to manufacturing and material testing. Additionally, Marion serves as a part-time lecturer at Ensmac, teaching non-linear mechanics.
