Mathieu Carrier

Mathieu Carrier has over a decade of experience in technology and engineering, currently serving as the Mobility & Sport Programs Manager at CEA's AI, Language & Computer Vision Department since November 2012. Responsibilities include the valorization and transfer of technologies for innovative applications in Mobility and Sport. Prior experience includes a role as an Ingénieur-chercheur en vision par ordinateur, focusing on the co-development of hardware-software systems based on SLAM for indoor and outdoor localization, and serving as the technical lead for a localization system project with CEA/NEXTER. From March 2010 to November 2012, Mathieu worked at Euro Engineering as an Ingénieur d'étude, where the primary focus was transitioning a SLAM algorithm to a massively parallel architecture designed by Kalray. Mathieu holds a degree from Pierre and Marie Curie University, earned between 2005 and 2009.
