Maxime Truffier held various engineering and management positions throughout their career, beginning as a Conducteur de travaux at Bouygues Construction in 1990. They completed a significant internship as an Ingénieur études de prix, developing mathematical models for infrastructure cost estimation. From 1992 to 1998, Maxime worked at CEA, where they served as Chef de service and led major projects within the nuclear sector. Currently, they are pursuing a DEA in Gestion d'entreprise at IAE Lille and furthering their education at École Centrale de Lille.
