Pascal Vivet is the Manager of the 3D Heterogeneous Integration Lab at CEA-Leti's Silicon Component Division, a position held since March 2025. They have extensive expertise in 3D integration technologies and have contributed to various research programs, including serving as Co-Director of the IRT Smart Imager Nanoelec program from 2021 to 2023.
