Patrick Abgrall is an experienced researcher and engineer currently serving as an Ingénieur chercheur in the Quantronics group at CEA since September 2019. Prior to this role, Patrick held the position of R&D Manager at FORMULACTION from August 2010 to September 2019, where responsibilities included leading the development of scientific instruments, conducting market studies, and managing micro-teams. Earlier experience includes postdoctoral positions at the Biomedical Diagnostics Institute and Nanyang Technological University, along with a PhD researcher role at LAAS-CNRS. Patrick holds an Executive MBA from TBS Education and a PhD in Micro/nanotechnologies from LAAS-CNRS, in addition to degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Microelectronic Engineering.
