Philippe BALLET

Philippe Ballet is a senior scientist at CEA - Commissariat à l'énergie atomique et aux énergies alternatives, where they have contributed to advanced research in semiconductor materials. They completed a PhD in Physics at Université Blaise Pascal from 1994 to 1997. Philippe served as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Arkansas from 1998 to 2000, investigating the growth modes of semiconducting systems. They also held a postdoctoral position at CEA from 2000 to 2001, focusing on quantum dot and quantum well growth for telecommunications. In 2001, Philippe worked as a scientist at InPact Semicon, specializing in bulk crystal growth of semiconductors.
