Raphaël Hayward

Raphaël Hayward is an experienced engineer specializing in mechatronics, currently serving as an Ingénieur d'études et de développement at CEA since September 2021, where responsibilities include the management of industrial platform operations and the development and deployment of software solutions at the Marcoule center. Prior experience includes roles as an Apprenti Ingénieur mécatronique at Sika, focusing on automated production lines and maintenance of production systems, and at XAP Technology, where development of configurations for automotive embedded systems took place. Additionally, a stint as a Commissaire de piste at Circuit de Lédenon occurred during studies. Raphaël Hayward holds an engineering degree in mechatronics from Ecole des Mines d'Alès and a DUT in Electrical Engineering and Industrial Computing from IUT Montpellier-Sète.
