Stéphane Tchung-Ming is a senior energy economist and lead systems modeller with extensive experience in energy systems analysis and economic evaluation. They served as Lead Energy Systems Scientist at IFP Energies nouvelles from 2008 to 2016, where they managed energy market studies and founded the energy systems modelling group. From 2016 to 2021, Stéphane worked as a Scientific Project Officer with the European Commission, leading research projects on energy systems integration. Currently, they are a Senior Economist and Modeller at CEA while previously holding the role of Energy and Climate Scenarios Analyst at Airbus. Stéphane holds a PhD in Economics from Université de Montpellier and multiple degrees in engineering and physical sciences.
