Thomas Pigeon has extensive experience in both emergency services and human resources management. From January 2000 to September 2012, Thomas served as a Pompier volontaire sous officier at the Ministère de l'Intérieur, where responsibilities included commanding firefighting teams and conducting rescue operations. In a role as an operator at the Centre de traitement de l'alerte 18 from April 2004 to the present, Thomas has continued to enhance skills in operational coordination. Since June 2014, Thomas has held the position of Vice-président ressources humaines at Crèche les lapins bleus, focusing on recruitment and liaising with external institutions on administrative and safety matters.
