Abdul Rahim earned a B Tech in Polymer Science & Rubber Technology from Cochin University of Science and Technology in 1993. They started their career as Manager QA at Apollo Tyres Ltd, where they worked from 1994 to 2006. Following this, Abdul held the position of Quality Manager at Ashland India Pvt Ltd from 2009 to 2010. Since 2010, they have been serving as General Manager at CEAT.
