Gowtham Prashanth

Gowtham Prashanth has extensive experience in the manufacturing industry, currently serving as a Manager at CEAT Limited since January 2025. Prior to this role, Gowtham was an Associate Manager at Apollo Tyres Ltd, overseeing operations in the Steel Textile Calendering line and TBR line at a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility from December 2021 to January 2025. Earlier experience includes a position as Team Lead at TVS Eurogrip, where expertise in calendering, extruder, and IL line operations was demonstrated, and a role as a Manufacturing Engineer at RS Technologies. Gowtham holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University Chennai and has completed two Master's degrees in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Alagappa University.
