Suhas Patil

Suhas Patil is currently the Head of Employee Relations at CEAT Limited, bringing over a decade of experience in human resources and employee development. Previously, Suhas served as Senior Manager of Employee Relations and Development at Mahindra Farm Division, where they fostered positive employee relations and implemented various engagement initiatives. Suhas has held multiple roles within Mahindra & Mahindra, contributing to strategic employee relations and fostering communication between management and union representatives. With an MBA in Human Resources Management from Sikkim Manipal University, Suhas continues to pursue a B.Com in Accounts at Ramniranjan Jhunjhunwala College.
