Katrin Kaehler, MS, SHRM-SCP, is a transformative HR executive currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at CEB, where they lead initiatives in organizational development and people strategy. With substantial experience across various sectors including consumer goods, finance, and higher education, Katrin has demonstrated expertise in strategic HR transformation and talent management. Previously, they held leadership roles at UCLA Extension, Black & Decker, and Union Investment, enhancing employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
