Danilo Cisotto has over 20 years of experience, progressing from operational roles to senior management, where they led strategic areas and complex projects in medium to large companies, including a publicly traded firm. Currently, Danilo serves as the Administrative Director and Investor Relations Director at Atom Educacional and as CFO at Cebrac Franchising. They have a solid background in finance, regulatory matters, administration, risk management, compliance, and people management. Danilo has played an active role in milestones such as Atom's listing on the B3 and various organizational restructurings and M&A activities. Educated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from ESAMC, Danilo values strategic planning and sustainable results through defined processes and respectful human relationships.
