Amanda Black is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the engineering and consulting fields. Currently serving as Vice President at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. since April 2018, Amanda has previously held positions including Director of Business Development at APTIM from 2006 to March 2018, and Project Manager at CB&I from February 2006 to 2017. Prior to that, Amanda worked as a Project Engineer at URS Corporation from February 2000 to February 2006. Amanda earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from West Virginia University, completing the degree between 1994 and 1999.
