Bert Morton

Bert Morton is a seasoned professional in the field of engineering, currently serving as a Principal at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. since 2013. Prior to this role, Bert worked as a Project Engineer at BWSC from March 2007 to March 2013 and gained experience as an Engineer at the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation from 2003 to 2006. Earlier in Bert's career, project engineering roles were held at Site, Incorporated from 2001 to 2003. Bert holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
