Bryan Bender

Bryan Bender is an accomplished Senior Project Manager and Civil Group Lead at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. since April 2020, previously holding the role of Project Manager II. From September 2009 to April 2020, Bender served as Project Manager at TEC Engineering, where over 50 roadway-related projects with construction costs exceeding $30,000,000 were successfully managed. Responsibilities included client relationships, project proposals, scheduling, budgeting, contracting, staffing, and invoicing related to roadway and survey work. Bender's career began at KZF Design as a Project Engineer from December 1996 to September 2009. Bender earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Cincinnati between 1989 and 1997.
