Christy Mower

Christy Mower, CERP, currently serves as Principal at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc., where responsibilities include leading environmental review and permitting tasks for stream restoration and mitigation projects since May 2021. Prior to this role, Christy was the Environmental Manager at GAI Consultants, Inc., managing technical, schedule, and budgetary aspects of projects from October 2015 to May 2021. Experience also includes positions as Biologist/Certified Ecologist at CONSOL Energy, Environmental Specialist II at Michael Baker Corporation, and Fisheries Biologist/Project Manager at Research Environmental & Industrial Consultants, Inc. Christy initiated a career as a Fisheries Technician at the Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries. Academic qualifications consist of a Master's degree in Biology and a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Applied Ecology, both obtained from PennWest Clarion, along with a minor in Psychology.
