David Velegol

David Velegol, Jr. is currently a Principal Water Resources at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc., where they lead project delivery and manage engineering tasks. Previously, they held roles in business development and project management at Hatch and served as Regional Engineering Manager at McKim & Creed, Inc. From 1987 to 2016, they progressed from Staff Engineer to Senior Vice President at Chester Engineers, Inc., managing significant projects in various countries. They also have a history of public service as Mayor and Municipal Judge for the City of Follansbee. David holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from West Virginia University, a Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law, an MBA from Robert Morris University, and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Theology at Franciscan University of Steubenville.
