Heather Murphy

Heather Murphy is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in proposal development and coordination. Currently serving as Marketing Manager at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. since March 2017, Heather has been integral in collaborating with teams on strategy and crafting compelling responses to solicitations. Previous roles included Senior Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Coordinator, where duties encompassed comprehensive support for the proposal process and RFP/RFQ management. Prior to this, Heather worked at Halliburton as a Proposal Specialist, focusing on multi-million dollar service proposals, and as a Lab Technician, overseeing lab operations and assisting with engineering programs. Heather's career began at the Ligonier Valley Learning Center as a Therapeutic Staff Support, delivering mental health services to children. Heather holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Health Education and Promotion from Oklahoma State University and an Associate’s Degree in Physical Sciences from Northern Oklahoma College.
