Ivan Cooper, PE, BCEE, is a highly experienced environmental engineering professional with a robust background in water and wastewater management, regulatory compliance, and pollution mitigation. Currently serving as the National Water and Wastewater Practice Leader at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. since August 2012, Ivan oversees various environmental consulting initiatives and has testified in numerous pollution-related cases. Previous positions include National Practice Leader for Water and Wastewater at Golder Associates and Senior Environmental Engineer at Terracon. Ivan's earlier roles also encompass leadership at Cooper Environmental, Inc. and as Vice President at HDR, where a comprehensive focus on industrial water treatment, environmental assessments, and regulatory issues was maintained. Ivan holds an MSCE in Environmental Engineering from Northwestern University and a BSCE in Civil Engineering from Union College.
